Reset – Bridge, Wheel, Supine Spinal Twist, Butterfly, Side Angle, Standing Forward Bend, Plow, Fish, Eye-of-Needle, Supine Spinal Twist Eagle Legs Pose.Â
Reset of the spine and cool down on the floor. Â
The corpse pose would be on your own in your sacred space at home for 5-10 minutes at the end.
