These muscles tend to be tight for athletes.  Another cause of shortening in the front body is sitting for a long periods of time. In this yoga Flow sequence, your quads will thank you for the attention.

The corpse pose would be on your own in your sacred space at home for 5-15 minutes after your virtual class.
