This 60 minutes class focuses on hip poses and feet.  On one hand, it works to stretch the gluteal muscles and the hamstrings; on the other hand, it lengthens the tight calf muscles, making the plantar fascia less rigid, furthermore  strengthening leg muscles, being able to improve overall balance and posture.  

It is a sweet gradual sequence to open up the hips with more range of motion to allow a better circulation and more support for the muscles of the back and the spine. 

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.
