EASY TO CLEAN: We suggest hand-washing to increase the life of your mat. The mats can also be machine washed, but only on a gentle cycle the usage of a machine with out a center agitator. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
PRO TIP: For optimal grip, frivolously spritz your mat with water before practice. Sweat may also will let you adhere to the mat.
