EASY TO CLEAN: We propose hand-washing to increase the life of your mat. The mats can be machine washed, but only on a gentle cycle the use of a machine with no center agitator. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
PRO TIP: For optimal grip, flippantly spritz your mat with water before practice. Sweat will even let you adhere to the mat.
