This 60 minutes class will guide you how to effectively weave it into a general body awareness with gentle hip and shoulder openers practice. 

Here we start with the left nostril breathing for insomnia and to ease anxiety. This technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system by breathing through the left nostril, including digestion, elimination, sleep cycles, dilates blood vessels, decreases pupil size, and other metabolic processes.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced class and postures (asanas) are held for longer periods  2-5 minutes on the floor – mainly hips poses. 

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.

Description

Breathing technique: Left Nostril.  Low Dragon. Side Way Shoulder Rotation. Sleeping Swan. Gentle Cradle and Twist. Half Butterfly. Supine Twist. 

12-15-min of guided relaxation in Corpse pose.

Required:  yoga mat

Optional:  one block, one bolster or pillow/cushion, eye pillow
