This 60 minutes class will guide you how to effectively weave it into a general body mindfulness with gentle legs asanas.

Here we start with the Two-to-One breathing for a very relaxing effect on the autonomic nervous system and a great preparation for meditation and close with a meditation practice. 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced class and postures (asanas) are held for longer periods  2-5 minutes on the floor – mainly hips poses. 

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.

Description

Breathing technique: Two-to-One.  Butterfly. Straddle. Caterpillar. Sleeping Swan. Shoelace.  Bananasana. Supine Twist. 

12-15-min of guided meditation in Corpse pose.

Required:  yoga mat

Optional:  one block, one bolster or pillow/cushion, eye pillow
