Yin – Tortoise. Half Lateral Side Bend. Butterfly. Caterpillar. Gentle Plow. Straddle. Gentle Plow Wide-Legged. Supine Twist.

After the corpse pose, you are welcome to stay longer in your sacred space at home for 8-10 minutes in Savasana.
