Yang: Sun Salutations. Ragdoll. Warrior I. Humble Warrior. Downward Facing Dog. Warrior Series. Reverse Warrior. Side-Angle. Wide-Legged Forward Bend variations. Extended Triangle. Lizard. Low Squat. Plow. Dancer.
Yin (poses 45-sec to 2-min): Sphinx. Child. Swan. Sleeping Swan. Half Split. Caterpillar. Straddle. Supine Twist.
Reset of the spine and cool down on the floor.
The corpse pose would be on your own in your sacred space at home for 10-15 minutes after your virtual class.
