This unique handmade 18″ wood meditation mandala is finished on the front side with a coat of epoxy resin and on the backside in black color covered with an acrylic sealer.

Sukhasana is one of the most basic yoga asanas and is suitable for yogis of all levels. The name is derived from the Sanskrit, sukha, meaning “pleasure” or “comfort,” and asana, meaning “pose.” The pose is entered by sitting on the floor and folding the left leg until it is touching the right thigh.

Om or aum (pronounced ah-uu-mm) is a sacred sound considered by many ancient philosophical texts to be the sound of the universe, encompassing all other sounds within it. 

The purple color symbolizes spiritual awareness, higher consciousness, and a deep connection to the divine. Because purple is a blend of a high-energy color (red) and a calming color (blue), it can be both an energizing and relaxing color depending on how it is used.
