Work – Hatha. Forward bend. Wide legged forward bend. Warrior I. Warrior II. Reverse Warrior. Side Angle. Triangle. Notice that here there is no half sun salutation – chaturanga, cobra or upward facing dog.Â
Closing – corpse and meditation 6 minutes.
