Work – Hatha. Forward bend. Wide legged forward bend. Warrior II. Reverse Warrior. Side Angle. Triangle. Camel.
(Notice here there is no half sun salutation – chaturanga, cobra or upward facing dog. )
Closing – corpse and meditation 4 minutes.
Required: yoga mat, water
