In yoga, Drishti is the “focused gaze”. It is a tool used to develop concentration in our practice. Similar to our Ujjayi breath, practicing Drishti helps you reclaim control of the distracted mind through sight. It relates to the fifth limb of yoga, pratyahara, concerning sense withdrawal, as well as the sixth limb, Dharana, relating to concentration.

This round frame is all epoxy resin finished with glass stone gravel on the ledge of the frame. The letters are in gold color and raised. Glitters at the center represent the eye of Drishti.
