This 60 minutes class focuses on asanas in which the body is inverted.  Here even the simplest of movements (like Downward Facing Dog to prepare for difficult poses) can be confusing as we experience the unfamiliar relationship to gravity.

When we go upside down, the world appears to be inverted. As the heart is usually above the head, the brain is flushed with nourishing blood, the mind clears, the nerve quiet down, and everything seems to become more still yet awake.
