This 60 minutes class is based on the traditional Vinyasa which is know as “Flow”. Vinyasa or Yoga Flow is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Posture is a pose named asana which is the limb of yoga that is most well known in the West.
In this yoga Classical flow, the student will learn to find the balance between effort and ease. The ability to “hold steady” in an asana, to hold body, energy, and mind in balance for an extended period.
