This 60 minutes class will guide you how to effectively weave it into a general body awareness with hip and shoulder openers practice and trunk elongation well-being. 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced class and postures (asanas) are held for longer periods  2-5 minutes on the floor – mainly hips poses. 

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.

Required:  yoga mat, one bolster or pillow/cushion

Optional:  one block, eye pillow
