This 67 minutes class is about releasing emotional tension in the body and to experience balance that comes with this release. Emotional balance comes from having emotional intelligence that means to be aware of it and being patient.  

How to apply it in Yang Yin Yoga? In the Yang part, we will move with the breath to open up the whole body (trunk, spine, hips)  and consciously choose the appropriate expression to let go of the tension. In the Yin part, we will hold the asanas (mainly hips ) and being aware of our emotions to manage them. 

Since we’re constantly dealing with emotions, the key to be balanced is to practice yoga daily including meditation.
