This 62 minutes class tones, sculpts and lengthens major muscles of legs and arms by adding small, 3, 5 or 8 pound dumbbells to specific yoga asanas and movements. Here there is few series of hatha without dumbbells. We complete our practice on the floor with a bit of core, flexibility poses and final relaxation. This intense, but easy-to-follow class will make your yoga postures and fitness routines a more complete workout.
