This 65 minutes class is about releasing tension in the whole body mainly with a gentle flow in the Yang yoga part,  and opening  joints  including ankle and wrist in the second part Yin yoga.  You will find a great way to unwind after winding from morning tension, rounded shoulders, forward head posture and so on.  Learn to use the power of your presence to balance physically, emotionally, and mentally to unwind with this nice Yang and Yin practice.
