This 64 minutes class flows in Vinyasa style. Vinyasa means to move with the breath with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.  As we flow, the focus is about contentment. In the yoga context, contentment refers to detaching from our desires and cultivating an inner peace and joy. 

In Sanskrit contentment is ‘Santosha’: SaM, means “completely”, “altogether” or “entirely”, and Tosha, “contentment”, “satisfaction”, “acceptance”, “being comfortable”.  Santosha is the second ethic of the Niyamas of Yoga.
