This 65 minutes class is targeting a full body workout for every muscle group by using dumbbell and yoga asanas. It  helps you become stronger and builds lean muscle.   

By adding small 3, 5 or 8 pound dumbbells to specific yoga asanas and movements, this intense but easy-to-follow class will make you stronger in your west side of the body.  

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.

Description

Back, chest, shoulders, legs, biceps and triceps workout with a set of dumbbells for movements on the floor, stand up, knees and more. 

The corpse pose will be 5 minutes but you can always stay on your own in your sacred space at home for 10 minutes longer after your virtual class.

Required: 1 set of dumbbell weights, yoga mat, water, towel

Optional: one block, second set of dumbbell weights
