This 60 minutes class brings few asanas in which the weight of the body is place primarily on one foot. From standing asanas on both feet, we build the powerfully grounding, physical foundation for the overall asana practice.

Standing balance asanas strengthen the entire standing leg and the pelvic girdle while creating an opportunity to explore the instinctual fear of falling while moving into steadier balance.  

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.

Description

Warm up. Sun Salutations.

Work –  Air Plane. Half Split. Warrior series. Wide-Legged Forward Bend variations. Intense Side Stretch variation. Wild Thing. Revolved Crescent Lunge. Standing Split. Half Moon or Sugar Cane. Eagle. Revolved Standing Hand-To-Foot.  Standing Pigeon. Revolved Standing Pigeon.  Flying Pigeon.  

Reset-Cool Down.    

The corpse pose would be on your own in your sacred space at home for 5-10 minutes at the end.

Required: yoga mat, water
