This 60 minutes class focuses on your hip abduction poses and hamstrings. Hip abduction is the movement of the leg away from the midline of the body.   The hip abductors  contribute to our ability to stand, walk, and rotate our legs with ease (e.g. get out of bed, and get out of the car). 

Here is a sweet gradual sequence to open up the hips with more range of motion to allow a better circulation and more support for the muscles of the back and the spine. 

The promotion gives you access for 24-hour to this virtual class.

Description

Warm up. Sun Salutations.

Lying side leg lifts. Clamshells. Gentle Bridge. 

Work – High Crescent Lunge. Warrior series, Wide-Legged variations. Standing Pigeon. Low Crescent Lunge. Half Split. Gate. Low Squat. Half Moon. Half Frog. Extended Hand-to-Toe. Mermaid or One Leg King Pigeon. Head to Knee or variation. Lotus…and more.

Reset of the spine and cool down on the floor.   

The corpse pose would be on your own in your sacred space at home for 5-10 minutes after your virtual class.
