Products Delivery

Applies to Canadian addresses only AND for YogaCanada’s Products.

Packages are generally dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post or UPS with tracking numbers.

Shipments and Returns Policies

YogaCanada.com offers three shipment programs:

  1. SHIPS FREE AND RETURN that means the price you see is the right price you pay, no extra charge for shipping and return for that merchandise only. There are exceptions depending of your area, isolated and or remote.

  2. SHIPS FREE that means the price you see is the right price you pay, no extra charge for shipping for that merchandise only. There are exceptions depending of your area, isolated and or remote.

  3. Some products don’t offer promotion.

Isolated and or remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve.  If special shipping rates are applied, we will let you know before shipment and anytime, if you desire to cancel your order, we will refund you right away in total. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for all shipping methods for delivery to these locations, examples are:

- Towns far from a shipper’s hub
- Towns that are infrequently served by shippers
- Canada Post Air Stage Locations (where mail must be airlifted at certain times of the year).

Oversized product or product ships on a wooden pallet (without considering weight) doesn’t participate at our shipment promotion programs.

High-value or fragile product doesn’t offer promotion because insurance is applied plus the signature.

If you qualify for one program but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you’ll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or defective. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue Programs at any time.

Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.

Returns Guidelines

  1. Because sometimes we work with Artisans and Artists called “Third-Party” (not a retailers and merchants), we accommodate our customer by letting you 7 days for being eligible for a Return Label by sending the RETURN Form at YogaCanada.com.

  2. By e-mail, you will receive our Authorization with a Return Label (with a return address directly to the Third-Party or at YogaCanada.com). You will have to print Label and Authorization and put the Authorization into the box and attach the Return Label onto the box.

  3. All eligible products must be returned as shipped: same packaging (or smaller and similar quality if you had many items), product new and unused in the same condition with all original materials.

  4. When your return is received and approved (good conditions of the merchandise received) by the Third-Party or by YogaCanada.com, YogaCanada.com will notify you via e-mail when we’ve processed your refund (usually within 7-10 business days).

  5. The refund will be applied by YogaCanada.com to the original method of payment in respect with the Third-Part’s approbation or YogaCanada.com’s approbation.
